Finca Don Pancho is a small plot of land, also known as El Mirador due to its strategic location, near the village of Pachapa in the Las Capucas Valley, Honduras. The small coffee plantation is located in the shade of plane and banana trees. The micro lot is managed and controlled directly by the head Francisco Villeda Panchito from whom it takes its name.
Selective manual harvesting, carried out by 4 pickers, drying 6 hours after harvest, natural drying in the greenhouse on “African beds”.
100% Arabica, Red Catuaì variety.
Socially responsible coffee, score 87+, single origin specialty coffee.
Aroma of tropical fruits, red berries, honey, chocolate. Medium-tall body. Medium taste and fine acidity, little bitterness, medium-high sweetness.
